Let's not forget complaints about things.

I'm planning to complain that Dwarf Therapist doesn't work anymore
Thats where this quote comes in :P

BUT I CAN'T PLAY WITHOUT THERAPIST AND A TILESET!
SON YOU WILL TAKE YOUR CHAOTICALLY ORGANIZED ASCII FORT AND YOU WILL PLAY IT LIKE A MAN.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Same here, though it shouldn't take long to update. Graphics packs usually update in a day or two (or within a week, depending on the authors schedule).

The site becomes reeeaaaaall slow for a day, and then we start getting mini updates and bugfixes every 2-6 days afterwards for a month or so. And lots of science and gushing occurs.

The usual... mass hysteria, riots in the streets, ritual murders, decadency, desperate people and abandoned pets everywhere... self-proclaimed messiahs springing seemingly out of nowhere.

They are very ordinary among the various ends of the world.

I don't know about anyone else, but for me it's something like this.

Looks nice, I'm going to play this again when the bug fixes are out/ wiki is updated / planets align properly ....
[Bugfixes]
Looks nice, but the next version is going to be better. I'm going to wait for that one.

Toady gets a sudden spike in donations.

I will be one of those, as I plan to donate after this update :).

Download a copy, play for a few minutes and then go back to lurking on the dev pages until the next release. Although, that's only because I have no time...
