 I am at this abandoned fortress and there is a staircase leading upwards but I can't go up it. All it says when I look at it is "Cyrolite block upward stairway", any help would be great. Thanks.

If someone or something is standing on the stairs one floor up (or down if you want to go down), you have to crouch in order to pass
