Playing too much Papers, Please!

Playing too much Dwarf Fortress, Minecraft, and Papers, Please.   :o

Now I want a tiny Dwarf Fortress border guard who checks papers as they enter the Fortress.  If your papers are not in order they hand you over to the creepers :D
