Trade Menu Colors

So I'm a' buying gads of cheese - For my strangely cheese-addicted dwarves - and scrolling down my side of trade-ables when I noticed an odd coloration to some of the items on both sides - That is, some text was purple, some was green, and some was the standard brown and grey.

Now I presume that brown is stuff my runty crew has made (or stuff the traders brought,) and I'm pretty sure that grey is for the items we've scavenged off of dead things... I want to say green is what we've offered to the humans.  What the jigger is purple?
