I'm new to LCS, as I just started playing it today, but I have a question. I raided an AM radio station and got some memos. what do I do with them? I don't have a newspaper and I don't know how to get one.

Firemen aren't that much of a threat.  Just stockpile rifles, shotguns, or well-trained & equipped melee troops.  Killing them during a safehouse attack doesn't attach murder charges.

(Though they do glitch out the safehouse over time.  The CCS is a better long-term source of sparring partners.)

If it does, that's something new in the Nationals.  Only time fighting at a safehouse attaches charges that I know of is when repelling SWAT/NatGuard/SEALS.

I never really check, by the time they usually show up is when my liberals have 100+ charges of murder, and they just get last if they do add on.
