Dwarves have unhappy thoughs if they don't have clothes, and after a while clothes "rot away", so I have to replace them. In the .10 version, are dwarves capable to equip newly made clothes?

Yes, dwarfs need clothes or they will get unhappy, the clothes also rot. And yes, they equip new clothes. It has been like that since several versions ago.

To prevent bad thoughts you only need trousers, robe, and shoes. Get those done first.

Hey guys I have another problem. How do I write nicknames that have characters in them like: é, á, ű, ő, ú, ö, ü, ó, í, â, ă etc. Typing their code with alt, on the numpad doesn't work.

Use Dwarf Therapist to change their nicknames. I tried in game to see if I could figure it out, but to no avail.

My problem is that there is a dwarf baby with her mother, and her upper body is ripped open, by a goblin snatcher earlier, but the dwarves won't treat the wounds of the baby, I fear that she will bleed to death.

I think making a new thread than posting in a 8 month old topic would help more. And nope, babies don't get to hospital, they can't go around on their own.

MyBabyMeatshield playset does not include a pediatric physician, because that defeats the purpose of having a MyBabyMeatshield!

If the baby meatshield survives long enough to be come a traumatized anklebiter, THEN it will go for hospital treatment.
