Yeah, for some reason my game glitched, I had the liberal agenda all L+ and the CCS had been disbanded but still the country didn't get officially liberalized. Though as a top ranking infamous member, I had an elite liberal assassin that got pinched, served 17 life sentences then ratted me out right before I could break him out of there.
And yeah.

In order to win, you also need to get the supreme court, senate, and congress to L+.

How long does it usually take to clear out the Supreme Court?  Seems like it'd be a damn long time.

Depends on your luck. Each year there is a 40% chance of one of them being replaced (at random), and you only need five for a L+ majority
