Your but attack vector still will never affect me, and probably not anyone else using updated browsers.

First of all, you cannot save arbitrary data to disc using external JS on modern browsers. I don't know what browser you are using, but the script you linked does not work.
I would love to actually find a exploit that allowed me to save text files on the host filesystem.
Because as I said, it is worth a lot since it would break the sandbox in sandbox Chrome/Opera/Safari.

Second of all, will never be able to execute .HTA files since I don't own any computer running windows right now.
Sure, they are very unsecure probably..

But so are normal executables on your computer.
