There's apparently more than one Lenovo named H430, but this is the one you have.

What others said. Swap in a cool dedicated card if you can. It'll be an awesome rig in no time and for less cost to you than buying or building the whole thing.

Also very much worth noting is that G645 seems to be a dual core CPU. 2.9 dual is a very sweet deal for free. Definitely not a super high end chip, but I doubt you'd need to swap out the processor at any point before the end of the comp's lifetime.

In this day and age, if you're willing to lay down the cash, you can get a GTX650 for ninety bucks. Pop it into your PCI-e port(s?) and game on.

What model integrated card do you have? The HD Graphics 4000 is a dark horse beast. Like, holy shit. I was not expecting it to be that good.

Only problems I've had with mine were with Company of Heroes 1 (sometimes the buildings and units don't load) and Receiver (lights don't work).

Okay, so, today this girl I know-Lauren, just took a sudden dis-interest in talking to me. Is she just on her period or something?

what i would do is get myself a radeon 7770 and put it in that computer and it will become a really good gaming machine ,that can run all of the modern games at 1080p medium to high settings at 30 fps
i did exactly that with my old computer and now i can run metro 2033 on high at 40+ fps
