Geography question.

I'm looking for a specific kind of starting location. I'm not asking for a seed or anything though, I just need to know if it's possible in the game. What I'm looking for is high cliffs directly adjacent to the ocean. I've found a few spots with cliffs nearby, but never more than two z-levels high at the oceans edge. So, can such a place exist?

Yep.  I found a cliff island once with 5 level cliffs as a coastline.

It can exist, but that hardly means it's common.

Heh, answered my own question just after posting. Found a nice place with two sources of magma and 5 high cliffs. Thanks for answering though.
