How do you make it so dragons come with peasants? I already added the domestic flag, but not a single dragon is in my fortress!

I think you might have to make a new world but I am not 100% sure.

domestic flag, and also look under dogs and cats for pet related flags. Also, whenever you mod how things relate to one another, making a new world is almost prerequisite for them to take proper effect.
