cleaning out cages?
« on: June 10, 2008, 02:10:00 pm »

I have several cages that are empty of animals, but instead have left over bones from taming said animals.  The cages are otherwise empty save for these bones.  Problem is the dwarves won't use these cages for anything since they are not "empty".  I have tried to figure a way to get rid of these bones but i can't seem to do it.  Is there someway i can clean these cages of the bones and make th em usable again? Thanks

You can use the search for more specific details, but off the top of my head it's something to do with designating all the items in the cage for dumping  :)

There are three things I know about dwarves:
1. They've got beards. Even the women.
2. They're short. Especially the women.
3. They're Scottish.

Dumping is the best answer I can give you.(not sure)

Then reclaim the dumped items.
