-Increase the fission plants power production to 30%, in order to meet up with demand

-Install a digitalized free market. Everyone is required to sign up with it. Currency also known as "credits" works with advanced encryption algorithms, and can be transferred to a large amount of different media. Authentication checks and automatically updated information ensures that we have absolute knowledge of every purchase everybody makes (though anonimized to a certain degree). Also install a digital market center, where people can buy and sell stuff. For now, the government gives a set amount of currency units out for free each month, which can then be used by citizens to pay for power, food and all other services that the government provides. Aim for zero % inflation, for the moment. ((Meaning that well, the amount you get is just a tiny bit more than needed to make the bills. Everybody starts with a decent supply of money though))

Commence the construction of a wharf

Sent out the military and geosurveyor to scout the surrounding area.

We got the advantage of a new start, so I vote we go full on digitalization. Streamlines things, makes counterfeit money an impossibility(as long as nobody hacks the primary database, and then again, we should have a backup or two), real time intervention in the economy, stuff like that. We certainly have the computer power for it, considering the processor power needed to automate an entire ship.

((We dropped roads. That's uhm, thorough))

And hell, lobsters and crabs and caviar and stuff are luxury food, aren't they? We can harvest those as well. (For some reason... theres enough of the bastards...)
Alien planet. Not sure if lobsters exist. Food'll probably come from integrated algae plants or something.

Or well, shredded and filtrated aliens. Even if they're based on the same protein systems as we're, they're probably still poisonous.

Send out the xenobiologists and xenogeologists! And the military... Scout, basically.
Issue money. With the laws to go with it (no counterfeiting...)
Allow free market. We don't have to perceive taxes as long as we don't have to pay money to get things done.
Ensure that money is moving. Hoarding is blockading the economy and thus illegal. Filthy rich people = inflation. Rich is good, as long as you're spending the damn money.
