Unknown internet errors.

 :-[ Chrome is killing me here. Whenever I try to load a webpage, DNS lookup fails about 8 times before it manages to pull up, and then anything linked to that lookup is fine (once I can load the forums, they load every time) but then when I try to open something new (such as opening a tab to Youtube) it continues to fail, fail, fail, then load EXTREMELY slowly, often in text-only without any pictures, until finally, countless refreshes later, it decides to work normally.

The hell kind of error is going on here.

If on wifi it could just be a weak signal.  Does it happen when sitting right next to the router?

You might actually have a virus.
Try using Malware Antibytes.

I know of a virus that did pretty much the same things, and using the above removed it.

Interestingly enough (could have been the remnants of a virus, idk) all I had to do was define DNS servers.

And suddenly Chrome is fuck-all fast again.
