How to disable the new battle-system?

I mean the new hits when attacking.

Also I'm looking for playing a masterwork's world (with orcs, drows, new animals and creatures...) but keeping the old battle-system and behavior. Which options should I enable/disable?

the battle system hasn't changed, don't think modders can do that

if you mean the battlecries: there is the battlecries-button under 'misc features'
(or maybe you mean the attack descriptions which meph added to many weapons - but there's no button to toggle those)

I mean that, I didn't know how to explain it.

Does the slow learning option affect to how fast the adventurer improves his skills?

If the adventurer is a dwarf of the dwarf caste, yes. You can surpass that making the adventurer a legion dwarf.

And what's the difference between hack, chop and cleave while using an axe? I looked in the dictionary but for me they are the same... What's the most similar to a hit with the edge, hack?

well, they are the same raw-wise (checked for chopping axe)
they are only there to bring variety into the reports

I can easily add an option to toggle those, for people that play adv. mode and dislike the long list of attacks, but I will wait for the next DF version with that, because all the attacks are redone anyway by Toady.

At that point, they'll actually be balanced.

Actually, I haven't seen anything from Toady about weapons having specific speeds for attacks, just creature attacks...

The movement and adjectival attacks are included in the next version of DF.
