Also the cheese. Never know when that will come in handy. We should also talk to the lady about out pay (food).

The Pilot and their cargo handlers paused when they saw that the entire camp is covered in eldritch runes coated in blood. And rotting monkey corpses everywhere..

They decide that they didn't get paid enough for this..

Turn 14: Who wants to read an update about eating a meal anyway?

Panel 1:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You pile the rats into the corner near the broken shoe and take the one which is bleeding the least for later. You also close the chest so things don't look suspicious and clean the blood off of the shovel. You'd like to do something about all the blood on the ground but short of replacing the dirt there isn't anything you can do.

You prepare to go upstairsladder and receive your reward. All that rat smashing has made you a bit hungry.

Panel 2:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You leave the old woman's home after sharing a meal with her. You had plenty to eat and drink and even have leftovers. The woman was also kind enough to give you some cloth to wrap the dead rat in.

You were planning on heading towards Targen to the southwest to pick up a package to deliver to Tranin. Targen also had that problem with an 'impish horror' so you planned on checking that out when you were there. It's probabley out of your league though.

You'll reach Targen a few hours after nightfall. The moon has been full lately though so you shouldn't have trouble finding your way at night.

Of course you could always stay here for a bit longer.

On another note. How mad would people be if I put this on hiatus so I could try and do another Build a Village adventure? When I revived this I was tossing up either reviving this thread or starting a build a village adventure. I chose revival because people necro'd the thread which made up my mind for me. I could probably even work on both of them for around a week. After a week I've got some serious lifestyle changes coming (moving halfway across the country and starting university life) so I'm not sure if i'll have time to update at all, we'll see how it goes.

Hmmm, your other "Build a Village" type games were really good....

I vote yes for village game!
(Especially if you'll have less time to do this)

I vote yes for a build a village which incorporates mayard and undead.

Or just yes in general, as I loved the build a village series.

I'd be a large, negative amount of mad. That means I vote for a village game as well, or even better another one where I can design those clones...

Well, you should go wherever your inspiration is, but please don't get mad when we incessantly necro this thread regardless of what else you are doing...

Oh, and please post a link to any new build a village threads here, so that those who are following your work don't miss out...
