So, right now, Dino D-Day, a game in which the Nazis resurrected dinosaurs and are using them to fight in WWII, is 99 cents on Steam.

I repeat, there are both DINOSAURS and NAZIS in the same game. This is seriously the best game premise ever. Buy it, friend me, and if you get the DLC, we can play coop for it.

I'll wait for reviews. I jumped for Orion: Dino Beatdown (survival shooter against hordes of dinos, which changed title since) on recommendation from my cousin. It was $1 and there was a 4-for-1 deal, but it turned out to be worth about $1 for the amount of gameplay it had.

it's a fairly old game, there are reviews there, and they are pretty positive.

You're not going to be overwhelmed by the graphics or gameplay, it brings nothing new to the table, except DINOSAURS and NAZIS all in ONE game.

That shit sells itself.

Every time someone says something like that I remember Terra Nova. Dinosaurs are awesome, but AWESOME THING PLUS OTHER AWESOME THING doesn't actually guarantee awesome.

I've had Dino D-Day since I won it in last year's Xmas drawing. It's fun, but the playerbase is rather small.

It *is* hella fun to use the T-Rex though (basically the game's "tank", with dual machine guns clenched between its teeth).

I got this in this year's Xmas drawing, but haven't gotten around to installing it yet due to the massive backlog of games to play and painfully slow internet speed. However, if there's interest, maybe we can all jump in and play together sometime?

Let's be honest here - this game is not an AAA, genre-breaking GOTY 11/10 bestseller. It's a quick, relatively simple MP shooter. 

HOWEVER

It's just so. damn. fun.

You know when you sometimes just wish for a quick FPS fix, requiring zero/very little squad-tactics, you don't have neither money to buy nor a machine to run the latest AAA shooter AND you want something that's just a little bit silly/goofy?

Sure, you could play TF2 or Loadout, I guess. But do you want to play as cannon-totting dino? Deadly-spit spitting archeopteryx? Suicidal mini-dino with a stielhandgranate strapped on it's back? Then pick Dino D-day. And yes, non-dino action is pretty fun too, actually. And yes, player base is sadly lacking. We need you, yes!, YOU, to fight (for) the Nazi-dino hoard! Join today!

Well, this isn't the first dinosaur shooter I've bought a 4-pack for while on sale for $1. I hope I've made a better choice this time.

I don't have the DLC but I did get Dino D-Day for free in some limited time key giveaway on PC Gamer I think. It makes for as others said, stupidly quick fun for when you just want to shoot Nazis and assorted Nazi dinosaurs alongside your Allied comrades and assorted Allied dinosaurs. I mean, it's not as if the game takes itself seriously, the vibe it advertises to you as you play is exactly what it is.
