Named Bolts

I was on the Forums a while back and saw that there was a bolt named due to getting a kill list from I think a goblin crossbow man (not 100%). Just wondering would your own bolts be able to get named if they don't break and are reused after dealing multiple killing blows?

Why not? I think anything can be named if you kill things with it.
