Quickly need to figure out a transport route

For a to-be homeless friend. Currently we can only get out a little bit of money to her given the current situation, but we have no route. Does anyone know the cheapest reasonable bus/train route from albuqurque New mexico to Seattle Washington, and the cost? We are trying to squeeze this as far down below 200 as possible so she doesnt starve on the way there..

I think once you hit about the 20 hour mark plane travel tends to be cheaper for that kind of distance. With a bit of luck you should be able to book one for under 200$.
