I'm on my second 3e game, and have just noticed several limestone blocks and wood logs in the same squares as existing walls.  That is, loo'k'ing at one shows me:

Now, I happen to currently have "fastdwarf 1 1" on, so maybe that's it, but I figured I'd mention it in case it's a bug / mistake in MW 3e specifically ...

Did you remember to clear your [RAWS] before moving in the new data? Because that can cause duplication errors sometimes.

I did, but has nothing to do with your bug. Thats dfhack/vanilla, with transporting materials from deconstruction.

My inorganic wood is a single tile of "gnarled roots" in the soil layer that can be cut into a wooden log at the sawmill.
