My dwarves are spamming job cancellations. They're restricted inside a surface fortress and the main underground fortress, so that they don't run out the gate when I open it.
It's mostly hauling jobs, but it doesn't stop. Any help would be appreciated.

Forbid everything outside your gates, that should stop the spam. They are trying to access things outside thirty assigned burrow and canceling their jobs, leading to the spam.

Do the fisherdwarfs have somewhere to fish, or have their labours been unassigned?
Likewise for hunters.
Have you designated trees to be chopped above ground?
Do you have an above ground farm plot outside the bounds of your fort?
Are there any goods lingering outside the bounds of your fort that the dwarves want to bring in?
Are they low on alcohol and trying to gather water without a non-restricted water source?

Is there even a bit you forgot to designate?
