What determines how fast a dwarf destroys a construction/building?

For anything that "needs no special profession" (which includes constructions), I believe the only factor is that dwarf's Agility. For buildings that require a specific labor to destroy, I THINK the proficiency of that labor has a role in determining the deconstruction speed, but I'm not entirely sure (although I'm pretty sure Agility also helps there, too).
