Well, after about an hour of bouncing off the walls shooting your lasers, you crash.  You decide to drink the rest.  Next thing you know, your in a room with a bunch of other people.  Including a giant cat.  You have just a sliver of mana left. 

Be who you want to be.

Pounce on the magician.

You are the giant cat.   You have a feral urge to pounce on the magician, but fight it down.  You are prone to such urges sometimes.  You give a big dignified speech as to why you are all here. 

You adjust your monocle.

"Greetings gentlefolk.  I bring you here down to the sewers, because we need your services.  Down in the sewers of New York, us were-creatures have built a metropolis.  Certain events have forced us to call upon you though.  We need you to go investigate a series of unfortunate disappearances.  You see, a giant cat would not look good running around the city in the day.  So that is why you are here, to investigate above ground matters.  Any questions?"

"Yeah, where's that free manacake you promised everyone?"

[alamoes]

"I never said anything about manacakes.  You were just passed out in your house, and we dragged you down into the deep and safe sewers.  At least relatively safe.  You got to watch out for those slimes, but thats about it.  "

"Oh, wait, you meant mana-cakes?. Actually, we do have mana cakes. Here's your complementary mana cake!"
