Honestly, none of the rest of us are flying space psychics and it's going to get annoying spending time windling around every mission while Za-sha flies around playing a psychic themed first person shooter by himself.

That is true, but I'll try not to do stuff like that too much. Or at least only do it while the rest are doing something else.

@Harry: No, no the action itself is highly useful. It gives us an immense advantage during missions.

I'm just suggesting as a personal exploratory action, which none of the other party members can really join in-it should be mostly be done in either rapid fire posting or a chat program.

Fair enough. I can do sections that don't involve anyone else through IRC in the future and write them up as a big whole afterwards. Hopefully most of the time everyone can contribute to the task at hand.

I'd prefer PM's, myself. IRC is a form of tube wizardry I am not quite familiar with yet.

That works too. Freenode webchat doesn't require any actual knowledge about IRC, though, it's just inputting a name and the channel.

Well, I've got a bit of space-wizardry planned, but I keep getting distracted by shiny objects instead of writing my post, and I should be able to do it in parallel with the rest of the party.

I'll be reposting your current statuses next and then moving to a simpler, 'action' form of them for the rest of the mission (well, atleast combat updates). Your first Mission begins. Will you all die horribly two minutes in? Yeah, probably.

Back on topic; has there actually BEEN a completed mission so far?

I'm afraid I take things slow, so no. Though after this prologue, once you lot have your ship and are happily away, there will be faster/easier-to-start missions. Basically, there will be;

1. The missions where you actually do your job and look into this whole Abomination business.
2. The missions you do for new toys and rewards, helping out people willing to help you back. Or for the greater good/because it's morally right, but pffft.
3. The 'personal' missions, though generally the whole team will be involved. Drawn from your background or actions during the game. You can, of course, prompt them yourself by looking into something - in fact, i welcome it.
4. Missions you come up with yourself (hey, let's rob an intergalactic bank for shits and giggles!).

Stuff will happen between missions too, of course, and you can just hang with your Retinue on the ship.

Just a note that I'm waiting for HailFire who's sworn a blood oath to show that Cadillac fellow who the real psychic of the party is. I notice that nobody's actually trying to hide everyone from view/deal with the ziyaki psychics, but I'm sure you'll be fiiiine.
