+++DISPLAYING DOSSIER I+++
Personal Information: Known as 'Valoth Hrandbon' (see pronunciation guide). Planet of birth unknown - preliminary report suggests inhospitable terrestrial world, where conditions caused secluded human settlement to regress to hunter-gatherer level. Member of dominant species, tentatively identified as 'Dragons', took Valoth under his wing (C: pun intended?) and psychically uplifted him at a young age. From what we have been able to gather, this 'Dragon' molded Hrandbon into weapon in war against other, unidentified factions or species.
According to Valoth, these enemies allied themselves with the vanguards in desperation. After suffering catastrophic losses, these 'Dragons' apparently joined into a psychic choir to transport themselves to another world under the impression this would save them. Something allowed them to Shiftspace to another reality altogether, at which point local strain of humans discovered them. Autarchy envoys soon picked up Valoth and other survivors and forwarded him to the Project.
Skills:
Valoth is an extremely powerful battlefield psychic. He is capable of highly destructive, if unpredictable and unsustainable telekinesis and force manipulation, as well as considerable mind-affecting powers. Perhaps most unique is his ability to travel short distances through Shiftspace, appearing to teleport in the real world. Testing into the direct combat potential of this continues.
Valoth is also in excellent physical condition and an experienced combatant, though his understanding of modern technology and military tactics are non-existent. He's a very good swordsman and is adapting to guns gradually. His personal belongings include a set of armor and sword made of 'dragonbone' and similar materials we have no access to at this time, but have proven surprisingly durable against modern technology.
S: Remind me to talk to our PsiOps people. This guy's scores are impressive, but he is not the 'coming of a new psychic dawn, glorious as the sun' or 'the perfect warrior, chosen of the gods'. I hope this stuff hasn't gotten to his head, or else he's in for a very rude awakening. - General

Personal Information: Earthborn (presumed class III, now lost/xenoformed). Non-human - uplifted canine (see attached physical report). Janus' Earth was home to both humans and intelligent dogs, a state of affairs that had lasted for centuries, if not millennia. Janus belonged to order of 'dog paladins', assigned to guard a blind human scholar called Elric. Janus claims they travelled their world for countless years, performing extensive research on the origins of their dual civilizations. In the process, their diplomatic efforts appear to have caused several large geopolitical shifts, notably ending a war that had gone on for decades.
However, Janus' world was unprepared for Shiftspace. Though initially discovered by mankind, their low level of technology and resources made them an easy target for a vanguard recon fleet. Janus escaped the invasion through a Shiftspace portal, but the scholar was not so lucky. Janus was forwarded to the Project by CHARIOT representatives and has performed very well in testing. He is exceptionally dedicated to combating the Abomination.
Skills:
Janus possesses an impressive physique. His strength is impressive for someone of his stature and his unique lineage allows him speed sorely lacking from baseline humans. Janus is quite capable of standing on two feet if needed and training in modern weapons and tactics is ongoing.
However, Janus' real skills lay in diplomacy. He is an experienced speaker and negotiator and his sense of smell is refined enough to allow him to pick out emotions and states of minds from those around him. He has performed well in tests of intelligence and tactical thinking, adapting quickly to new information.
S: Better than I expected. He'll hopefully keep the others in line if need be. And if nothing else, the uplifts will love him. God knows we can use the PR.

+++DISPLAYING DOSSIER III+++
Personal Information: We know very little about the origins of 'the Aro Za-Shaddalac', as she is referred to as by her worshippers. From what we can tell, she arrived on the world of Za-Lamadal over a decade ago and cast down the advanced ruling civilization, which the current population of the world has descended from. Za-Shaddalac is worshipped as a living god by these people and any attempts to gather deeper information are met with hostility, possibly even from Za-Shaddalac herself. So far, there has not been time to mount a more extensive investigation.
Za-Shaddalac appears to have defended her sector of space from everything she's deemed a threat since her arrival. Evidence of destroyed invasions and construction attempts nearby litter the sector, testament to her vigilance. It remains to be seen if the sector can survive without her direct protection. (S: Best not to mention this to her.)
Skills:
Aro Za-Shaddalac is a being of fearsome psychic power. She seems to radiate an aura of power subconsciously and sustain similar mind-affecting effects on her enemies, reducing their combat ability and morale. More directly, she is capable of exceptionally precise and subtle mental reading and control.
She wields a lance of high-tech make, though lacking any special qualities. Her psychic abilities allow it to be seen as much more powerful than it is. We hope to introduce her to modern weaponry soon. Her armor is hopelessly obsolete but surrounded by powerful psychic barriers.
Za-Shaddalac is accompanied by a sapient mount known as the Arnam Mir-Farilil. It appears to be able to survive outside an atmosphere and reach extremely high speeds with enough acceleration. See physical report for further information.
S: Enigmatic non-human with fearsome psychic powers allowed access to some of our most advanced tech? I think it goes without saying she will be under extensive surveillance. Send a request to whoever's in charge at her world to get a proper investigation on all this. -General
+++DISPLAYING DOSSIER IV+++
Personal Information: Born on class III Earth of an uniquely fragile dimensional bubble. Shiftspace portals to and from this world appear to be much less demanding to psychics than in most universes. Among other things, this appears to have led to widespread mutations in the human race at an early stage, greatly increasing their innate psychic capacity. After catastrophic wars and environmental destruction, the planet's ice caps melted, forcing the surviving humans to take to the skies in great fleets of airships made feasible by unusual technological progress.
'Cipher 19' (possibly 'Lara' - see psychic examination report) was born nearly a century after all this to the 'Skyfleet Lusitan'. She served the fleet as some sort of guardian against infiltrators from other worlds who crossed over regularly. She proved to be an extremely capable agent, thwarting over forty separate incursions. While investigating possible technology that would allow her people to use Shiftspace as others did (see report on Cipher 19's unique genetic structure), she was trapped in another world together with her partner with no way to return. She was captured by vanguard thralls and readied for Processing, but escaped unscathed when an Alliance raider fleet arrived and assaulted the compound. She volunteered for the Project after learning of it and was forwarded to us together with her partner.
Skills:
Cipher 19 is a trained anti-espionage operative of her own world. She is an experienced field agent and has proven capable in all sims, especially when paired with her 'bondmate', Cipher 20. While her true strengths lay in more subtler skills, she is a hardened urban fighter specializing in a highly mobile and close quarters style of combat.
Cipher 19 carries a variety of surprisingly advanced technology from her own world and others. We are yet to determine the purpose of some of them. She is proving proficient with more modern equipment as well.
Cipher 20, her bondmate, is a capable intelligence operative in his own right, but works extremely well with Cipher 19 herself. It appears they share some sort of psychic bond that allows them to function better in combat and otherwise, linking them for life. Psychological analysis suggests they are emotionally dependent on eachother and death of either could have severe consequences on the other.
C: If there's time, send these two up for a full psi study ASAP! Would love to find out how that bond works.

Personal Information: Born on colonial world of 'Neo-Valhalla' to a lower-class family. Despite his low social status, Magnus' mental capabilities allowed him to rise from an early age. Achieving success at both his education and military training, Magnus did not go unnoticed by the powerful of his society. He was made into a Dread-class Operator, an elite strike force within the military of his Kalmar Imperium. Magnus performed excellently as both in open combat and in infiltration, executing complicated attacks on enemy targets with outstanding results.
The Kalmar Imperium regards him as one of their best soldiers and has promised further support for the Alliance if he is accepted into the Project.
Skills:
Magnus is a very skilled career soldier. He seems to possess an innate sense of battle and admirably clear head even when under direct fire. He is proficient with his DREAD flamer but also with most standard weapons and a quick learner. His lightweight armor allows him to be mobile and hard-hitting at the same time, making him perfect for raids and spec ops missions.
The armor also possesses stealth capabilities, though Magnus is trained in spec ops even without it. It offers both full-body cloaking and sound voiders, allowing for a solid mix of protection and stealth.
S: I still think he's just a Kalmar plant, but atleast he's a competent one. Keep an eye on him, regardless. -General
+++DISPLAYING DOSSIER VI+++
Personal Information: 'Catherine', as she is known, was born on an low-tech class III Earth. She lost her home and family at an early age and was taken in by a coven of psychics. Under their tutelage, she began to learn much faster than a girl of her age should have been able to, grasping both magical and mundane matters with ease. Her thirst for knowledge soon drove her away at only seven or so years old. She wandered across her Earth, always seeking for knowledge wherever it could be found and drawing the attention of the powerful.
Eventually, she could not keep running anymore. An order of occultists faked her death and brought her into their order, though she would soon drift away even from them. Barely into her twenties she founded her own order and at 23 achieved functional immortality from her creations. As the mistress of her order she watched the world as centuries passed. In the 20th century, however, the world exploded into war on industrial scale, then into extraterrestrial and supernatural. The war was still continuing when the vanguards arrived and swept through the disunified reality. Intrigued by the unique development of the dimension, an Alliance rapid response fleet arrived to evacuate what remained of the world, Catherine with it. She volunteered for the Project and was sent our way.
Skills:
Catherine brings together a brilliant, analytical mind and psychic power honed by centuries of use. Her seeming immortality allows her to focus solely on the pursuit of knowledge and the improvement of her 'magic' (C: ...I need this.), and centuries spent at the head of a secretive order have given her administrative and leadership experience well beyond any training program. She seems to have a near-obsessive tendency to study or work on something at any given moment, and she has produced quite the arsenal of alchemical and psi-fueled creations.
Catherine's psychic skills are impressive, but she seems to believe they require some sort of rituals and complex incantations to work - they may function as some sort of non-physical focus, explaining why her scores drop sharply without them. Interestingly, they also seem to allow 'spells' that would normally take a full psychic choir to execute, with much less exertion. Research into this is ongoing.
S: I can understand why this has PsiOps in such an uproar. If you can, find out how this Elixir of hers works. -General
S: As a whole - impressive. I'd never have thought Amling could get this lot through with the politicians. We're activating only these six right now. Best not to risk the project with people like Red-Eye while we're still waiting for final approval. As soon as the Alliance finishes bugging our ship, we'll bring them to Kronos. -General---
