Making an airport in LCS is probably too hard but I had a much better and more offensive idea.

Once 100 years have passed they act the same way as guns do and have names changed. All the natives become 'tall blue people' and hippies are replaced with Scientists.

Well, its kind of like the park. Except with place specific people that can only be found there. So Im guessing indians would have high agility, high strength, low health (Peace pipe and magical medicine), and low inteligence.

If you're gonna' go for the racial stereotypes, might as well take em' all.

Include Chinatown which is crawling with Ninjas who have high intelligence but super negative driving skills.

And Burritoburg with Taco-based explosives and equiptable sombreros.

And don't forget Honkeyburbi which is full of a bunch of stuff to steal, but if you see any of it's inhabitants dancing you might lose so much heart you'll commit suicide by ramming your head into the sidewalk curb.

I would stress that LCS only does a certain brand of offensive humor -- it's not like Grand Theft Auto, which is much more indiscriminate, and does go for racial stereotypes (and gets a lot of mileage out of them). In LCS, the world is seen through the eyes of those who see themselves as racially colorblind. It would be better to make the game humorously over the top in how not racist it is than the opposite. Of course, making that funny is a lot harder, and I don't know what that would look like. But I think if the game were to take on race in a larger way, that would be the direction to go with it.
