Favorite civilized creature: Dwarves, of course!
Favorite outground creature: Blind cave ogres. They feel were you are......
Favorite subterranean creature: Blind cave ogres...
Favorite semimegabeast: Roc's, cause I had an epic battle with one once.
Favorite megabeast: Dragon, because fire.
Favorite rock: Olivine. Its green. And the first magma-safe rock I found.
Favorite ore: Magnetite, cause they appear in veins in the shape of big-ass circles
Favorite gem: Adventurine. It was the first gen I found, and my first thought was; "Adventurrreee....... yeaaaahhhhhhh...."
Favorite metal: Cotton Candy. Is delicious and deadly!
Favorite clothing item: Capes, so I can act all badass, like batman.
Favorite weapon: Great-axe, cause its cool. Shields are for noobs!
Favorite trap component: Serrated disks, because death.
Favorite armor piece: Helms. When you pass out, the enemy with bash for indefinatly on your head. If you have a good helmet, you can literaly survive forever lying there while your enemy is going mad on your helm.
Favorite workshop: Smelter, because metal.
Favorite furniture item: Chairs, so Dorfs don't complain.
Favorite food: Masterwork syrup roasts. Yum
Favorite drink: BEEERRR
Favorite misc skill: Intimidation
Favorite working skill: Weponsmithing!
Favorite military skill: Misc. object user

Favorite non-flowing liquid: Ichor, because its what I see when I finally hit a GCS

Maybe, but they're also for people who want to live past the noob stage, and a whole lot of people who did live past that stage.  I sure don't sneer at a pretty decent chance to nullify all damage.
