is there any way to increase the migrant number by editing a file if there is any what file

no. You can create more wealth to attract more migrants, and keep your dwarves safe. The lower the death toll, the higher the amount of migrants.

well, if there is no way to increase migrant count by modding, no. there is no mod that does that. You could try dfusion/dfhack and cheat some in though

DfHack has a command that can allow you to make merchant's part of your civilization. Don't know what command it is though, which is why you should read the readme and find out.

there is also a migrants now comand. you could posibly increase all the material values and created wealth requirements for seiges/landholders that would mean more created wealth and therefore more migrants.
