So I'm trying to make a localized syndrome for an interaction, but nothing I've done works. It won't accept UPPERBODY as a  token, nor LOWERBODY. I tried a few different formats last night and one today that a guy suggested in the questions thread, nothing seemed to work unfortunately.

UB is the upperbody's token and LB is the lower body's. You probably want BY_TYPE for those.
