I couldn't find good information on the wiki about what speed does affect so...

Does a dwarf's agility level, and hence speed, have any effect on how long it takes them to sleep, eat, or drink?  I've never really noticed, but I just watched my extra-legendary, Perfectly Agile miner take a power-nap in about 3 game days.

Tagentally, when a dwarf goes On Break, they shuffle back and forth between meeting places, dining halls, and their quarters.  Do they only burn up break time while idling at a location, or does the time spent in transit count as being on break as well?

The wiki says that toughness seems to affect the time it takes them to sleep.

That's actually a good question, I don't know. Considering agile dwarves do pretty much everything else faster they might. Then again, if tiredness is based on number of actions taken they might also need to sleep more often which would balance it out. (I have no idea if that's how it works or not). I do notice that when you start out all your dwarves tend to sleep at the same time but eventually they sleep on totally different schedules.

You could use companion to set one of your dwarves to perfectly agile and leave the other normal then time how long it takes both of them to get tired, and then how long they sleep if you really want to find out.

It's rather amusing  (and irritating, when you want that tunnel dug) and all your dwarves collapse at the same time.

Does agility affect the length of time it takes to do crafting jobs?

I don't really have any reason to believe otherwise, as it appears to affect speed at everything else. Agility is really a measure of the amount of time that must pass before the dwarf gets to take another action - that is, it affects speed in all things, whether they require precision or no. Assuming that crafting, like mining and construction, consists of making a set number of actions to create an object, agility would allow the dwarf to make those actions more rapidly, thereby reducing the amount of time needed to make the object.

Agile dwarves craft faster, yes. Getting perfectly agile dwaves and placing them in a workshop is a lot of fun. They basically spend about the same amount of time as walking 2-3 steps to craft a set of stone mugs.
