It is now 2014 for me. Still smells like 2013, I fail to see what the hubbub is about.

Now then, it's 2014 already, gimme my space colonies and awesome robots.

At first I read this as space calories, like you were holding out for some sort of magical space food that you can eat a lot of without gaining weight or something.

Man, what a low-key celebration. Not even apple cider to celebrate, just a quick "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" and everyone went to bed :P

3:30 Here. Why am I still awake?

For some reason the news station had footage from the countdown in New York City. Should have sent someone to Toronto, but they decided flying a reporter to the States would be a better idea, for some reason.

Barely got home in time for the final countdown, so it's not like it mattered much. Though one of the neighbours had fireworks. Scared the hell out of the dogs.

Had a jolly time laughing at all the horrible people performing at Times Square. I'm not sure what's worse: blatant autotune, subtle autotune, or people who can't sing on key but don't use autotune in a futile attempt to hide it.

I just got up and thought it was 7 PM... I feel dumb now. But I stayed up and celebrated the new year, and that was good.

Man, I would've loved to see that...like how I'd 'love' to see Birdemic.  So bad you can't help but watch to see how bad it is.
