Do I make a comic series or an animation?

I was intending to do either based on the Drizzt Do'Urden books (R.A. Salvatore. I love that guy), or a modern write-up of my own based on a nutjob who makes his own perfect women... from other women. Slice, Dice and Stitch onto a live victim.

I can imagine the Nutjob story fitting well into a comic, whilst the Drizzt into an animation.

Thoughts?
