So lads, is there anyway to know the order which your dorfs equip their uniforms? For example, I have two sets of tunics for my military dorfs, one is plain white, to serve as a padding for the mail (I know it's not much use, but hey, I like to do this stuff), and the other one is the one dyed and all of that and will serve as a tabbard . I can ensure they wear both by specifying both a tunic and a blue tunic so they'll wear borh, is there anyway to ensure they'll wear the bland tunic first, the mail and then the dyed tunic?

The only way I know of is to make them wear a bland tunic first, and after they have it on, make them wear the blue tunic. [

Tunics are worn in the 'under' slot, while mail is worn in the 'over' slot, so one can't be worn over a mail shirt. Neat idea though. If you really would like to add a tabard, one could be added into the raws fairly easily. This should work:

Just plug that into item_armor... though it won't work on this world, unfortunately, you'll need to gen a new one. Also make sure to add [ARMOR:ITEM_ARMOR_TABARD:FORCED] into entity_default under the mountain civ.
