Just going to ignore the goblins, because dwarves don't eat goblins.

Peel the plump helmet and boil it. It is done when you can stick a knife into it and pull it back out without the helmet sticking to it.
Cut the helmet into four parts and arrange the parts on a large stoneware platter.
Poach 25 turkey eggs and arrange them on the platter with the helmet.
Serve steaming hot.

make two loaves of dwarven bread from the grain with 3 leaves chopped up and added to each loaf for filler, two small wheels of cheese from two fo the cups of milk, keeping one to drink, and smoke the dog.

So, Smoked dog meat garnished with quarry bush leaves, two small wheels of dwarven cheese, two loaves of cave wheat-quarry leaf bread, and a nice glass of dwarven milk to wash it down.
