OPTIONAL RULES:
Due to game limitations, and for a better and funnier gameplay you can follow this rules (although you can be a cheater if you want). All the options of Gather raw materials actually give you free items. There are no way to mine a tile. These are the rules:
-You can obtain 5 logs for each tree.
-You can obtain medium wood in any biome.
-You can obtain ligh wood in jungles (candlenut) or good biomes (feather wood).
-You can obtain heavy wood in evil biomes.
-You can obtain 1 ore for each tile. You must be in contact with the ore (on diagonal too).
-You can obtain 1 flux stone from each flux stone tile (marble, calcite, chalk, dolomite, limestone), with the same rules as the ores.
-You can obtain 1 gem from each tile of the same category (see the wiki), with the same rules as the ores.
-You can make fur only from furred animals. I don't wanted to mess with creature raws, you can make fur from birds skin.
KNOW BUGS:
-Gauntlets that are made with reactions can't be weared, so I deleted the reaction.
-You can make thread from any plant material. I have tried all the options for rope reeds, but don't worked. If you know how, tell me.
-You can decorate a knife with a breastplate, beacuse I don't wanted to do a long list of reactions.
-You will spend all the bones in a stack for one craft, is a game bug.
I haven't tested all the reactions, so if you find more bugs tell me.
INSTALATION AND COMPATIBILITY:
This mod should be compatible with other mods like Wanderer's (although don't tested). Just don't install b_detail_plan_default.txt and b_detail_plan_default.txt. You won't be able to make fur (if you try it your game will crash).
For install this mod you must put the files from the zip into your Dwarf Fortress\raw\objects.
DOWNLOAD:
http://www.mediafire.com/?1mtghg5uu60ndkxhttp://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=7206SUGGESTED GAMEPLAY:
For better acces to the ores, you can start a fortress game, and construct stairs to all the caverns layers, and dig a house for store things, and make craftings (you can make a royal mansion if you want). Then abandon the fortress (is better to kill the dwarves first). Then start an aventure game, and go to your new house. You will have to desginate the zone as lair with dfhack, or all your things will be scattered. And now enjoy!
CHANGELOG:
v0.91: Deleted the reactions for free tools (only were for test).
APOLOGY:
English isn't my first language, so perhaps there are a lot of linguistic erros in the mod.
I accept suggestions, demands, criticism (bad one too) ... I hope you will enjoy this mod as much as me.
(Thanks to the people of this forum that have helped me with some reactions.)
