Just for Fun, I'd like to be able to make one of my dwarves attack another. Is this possible via modifying a save, DF hack, Dwarf Therapist, or some other way?

Code: [Select]
GROUNDED_ANIMAL_ANGER

How angry (and likely to attack) an animal is from being over-crowded.

Not quite what you wanted, but...

The next time you have dwarven merchants order your military to attack them directly through a "kill" command. This should trigger a loyalty cascade, which will result in !!FUN!! times all around.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

...a syndrome that adds the [CRAZED] tag?

There are several syndromes that will turn a dwarf crazy and cause them to attack others, but I can't think of a way you could simply order your soldiers to attack each other.

Use a syndrome, but add OPPOSED_TO_LIFE instead of CRAZED. That way the soldiers won't attack each other, but will attack anything alive.

Aren't soldiers alive by default? Add NOT_LIVING, too.

Yes, this too, I always add both at the same time so I tend to forget...

Can syndromes be added at will somehow, or would I have to make a custom workshop which produces an exploding stone with the syndrome attached?

You would need to make a custom workshop that produces a syndrome carrying stone, yes.

Or a creature that can do an interaction to transmit your crazed thrall thingy :)
