I make Artist Bears! Furry cute things. By sewing. (I do other things too, but this is my major hobby right now )

Here's a few pictures;

This is a bear I like to call "Bert", he's kinda quirky.


This is a bear I called "Koko" it supposedly means night in native american(blackfoot) - I guess blackfoot is a particular tribe(tribe? part/race/section/type, I have no idea of the right word for this.)


aaaand this bear is called "George".

I think it's an essential part of being a  bear maker is that you have to name them. Crazy bear ladies who talk to them and give them back stories are very common in the bear-maker world. I hope I don't stray that far! I'll stick with just a name and a short description/story!

Wow, sewing those yourself? That is excellent. The middle one is so adorable

I'm not a sewer, but I know a lady who runs a shop with a bunch of stuffed animals she'd bought and "modified." New objects sewn onto them, electronic voices added and such. It was really fun to see.

it looks like the lady has a load of bears! I wonder if she'll ever run out of ideas for the modifications
