that would require getting out of the suit and fixing it manually by  hooking your  mini computer to the main reactor  and then sending a jump start to power the reactor  or you could simply wait until  the discharge wears off and the mech turns back on- both equally risky.

[4]  as you quickly jump out of your suit leaving your skin somewhat vulnerable: you still have  a "combat armor" that would protect you from small firearms  but not much else: as you ready the jump for the reactor you hear some soft beeping from the door this makes you worry but you finish it just in time and jump in while two  pink creatures in heavy armor  that will protect them from traditional firearms: but yours isn't a traditional fire arm: they appear to be armed with a ballistic  firearm that fires slugs at very hyper speed; nothing that can destroy your mech but can incapacitate it. they appears there armor can be easily  "frozen like yours was if you carefully place a "EMP" shot from your nano cannon you can take out both of them if your lucky or you could simply incinerate them one.
"scorcher" heavy soldier: 30 health, wielding a heavy firearm of unknown power and  fire rate but from your sensors you can detect they are  high caliber, and somewhat to fast fire rate.

as i have to retype this i am going to give you a minimalism of what happens

you fire but miss slightly and only minorly lock one and they fire at your legs but barely damages them you send a broadcast to say this is a mistake and they stop firing and instead get a heavy stun gun not firing but readying in case you decide to fire. the stun guns can temperalry stun one limb or your sensors and life-support etc for a little while.
