How do I take out a weapon stuck in someone's leg?
« on: July 18, 2008, 12:56:19 am »

My ranger has a kobol dagger stuck in his leg and while all the rest of his injuries healed the one on his leg won't so I am assuming the the dagger has something to do with it.  The only question I have now is how do I take said dagger out of said wound?

The dagger is in you, the adventurer, and not one of your followers, correct?

Use 'r' for remove, it will bring up a list of items in your pack and stuck in you.  You will start bleeding...

edit, you are in adventure mode or dwarf mode?  In dwarf mode, they should pull it out themselves after combat.

I am playing dwarf mode and the wound that the dagger is causing is keeping the guy knocked out so he can't take it out himself.

The wound will actually heal while the dagger is still in it...  So no worries.

You might be able to go into his inventory and mark it for dumping or melting.  Someone might come along and try to grab it.  But it might be best to just wait for him to do it himself when he wakes up.
