This is a revival of the old Neverending Story thread that was up last year.

Basically, you have to continue on the story from the last poster. I'll start.

   "There was a small group of friends, riding along the road, in the long, lush green plains of the Midlands. They were looking for the legendary amulet of Dairos, which, if found, would grant the wishes of all who wore it."

The plan, if you could have called it that, was completely derailed by the Goblins of Daret, who lived in the Burning Plains, where the legends said the amulet was hidden.

The Goblins of Daret, of course, were covetous and did not suffer anyone to handle their treasures.

The plan was to steal it. Somehow.
