The best way to make money early in the game is to go and recruit six high-heart liberals. If you are at C+ Labor Laws, Child Workers are the best. Otherwise, use Hippies. Assign them to play street music. As soon as you can, buy them guitars. You will make a lot of money. Child Workers/Hippies have on average 9 to 11 Heart, so you don't need to get them juice for high skill levels. Eventually, you might want to make them Expensive Suits. KEEP THEIR NOSES CLEAN. These are your money making things so you can have other guys go and rob banks and stuff without having to go out in public otherwise.
