So I just spontaneously combusted. Okay.

Here I am, having slain a dragon and reported back to a fortress to tell the world of my glorious success! Then, as I set out to leave the fortress I am flooded with messages: "You are melting!"

I have no idea how this happened. I just started melting and eventually bled to death. Earlier the dragon DID set me on fire (I lost the fat on my left hand) but I got better jumped into a pool of water fairly quickly and I'm fairly certain I wasn't on fire after that, or during the half a day I was travelling to this fortress.

Anyone have any idea what happened? I'm quite disappointed that this adventure was brought to an end so suddenly for reasons that I'm not entirely aware of.

Did you by any chance grab some loot that was caught in dragonfire?
It may have taken some time to burn through your backpack and ignite you.

In fact, the fact that your hand was melting, implies you may have grabbed something you shouldn't have.

I'm not sure if I did (Only the 1x1 hallway was ignited) and I don't think I picked up anything at all since there was only coins in there (which I don't bother with at all). Though, I probably did end up looting the incinerated archer or something and simply forgot about it. Anyways, thanks!

Think thats bad? I Generated A WORLD ENTIRELY MADE OF THIS HAPPENING.
Its so hot that standing outside causes combustion...YEAH
