It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Dont forget about TPP, and this, though.

Someone please order a hitman on that bitchass I-Own-The-Internets asshole commisioner.
Attempting to own the internets should be grounds for capital punishment. Any sort of infringment on free speech should be  considered a major crime against humanity.

A hitman would be too merciful. I propose we kidnap her, and force-feed her the garbage of a culture we're stuck with. How does a marathon of Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, and etc., and a Seltzer & Friedberg "comedy" marathon sound?

If she's not trying to remove her soul out of her body by force by the first hour, then we're not doing a good enough job. Toss in some Barney & Friends in an endless loop to see if that'll help her break. Death is too merciful a way to end them. I prefer setting them to a breaking point, and keeping them there for eternity. A mortal Hell, if you will.

EDIT:
This method should also apply to the MAFIAA and anyone else that cares solely on their bottom line with our Free Speech being sold out in the process. Of course, we'll also have to force-feed them a clusterfuck of every bit of bad music (mostly pop and boy bands) we can find and play all the tunes simultaneously for hours on end at various volumes and tonal/octave ranges. I theorize it'll cause a mental resonance cascade that'll render these "geniuses" as smart as the culture they cultivated over the years. That, or maybe bleeding ears. I'm hoping to knock them into a conscious coma, where their motor functions, like hearing, still operate, and they'll still be hearing these, but won't be able to do much else (like escaping by any means, including sleeping through it, and any other form of movement). Same goal as above: death is too good for them. I prefer a karmic punishment. They rendered society rather brain-dead, we return the favor by similar means.

Well, is there a grid on the ground, are there archers protecting your city from tanks, or giant forts appearing out of nowhere?

Perhaps. Unless no one is listening to this part of the EU Commision.
