I have sadly never played any of the WoD games or pnps besides the VTM:Bloodlines action RPG that has already been mentioned.  (it's really good, by the way - I definitely recommend it.  Such a shame the devs went out of business)

I do like to read the books though, and I just want to say that Changeling: The Lost is totally the best.

Several yeras ago an experienced group lived here where I Do, and it got me into RPGs and the like in the first place. I was still a teen at the time, but I got to try a bit of everything; V:tM, Mage: The Ascension, some Werewolf, even The Dreaming. 

Sadly, the group has split up and many have moved away, and the local game groups are more interested in traditional D&D and GURPs than the WoD setting.   I always wanted to play Demon: The Fallen myself.

You know if you want to play tabletop with experienced players one thing you can conceivably do is find a large local forum, no matter what it's dedicated to, it's bound to have a general discussion bord. Slap on a thread about being curious, and I guarantee at least one person will know some other person who might have a group.

Sadly here in Bulgaria tabletop is really expensive, but I've found people who play nevertheless. I personally can't afford to, but there are people even here.
