Modding to Kill something on your map or get dwarves to stop canceling

I got a problem in my fortress: theres a zombie head preventing people from moving, and NOBODY can get out to eat, drink or sleep... Its a modded fortress, so there are no ranged weapons, and no one can make something to get up to it (the head is on a ledge). Is there a way to kill the head or "un animate" it? Or if all else fails, is there a way to change the raws in DF so the dwarves fear nothing and keep going on about their business?

Send a miner up through the rock so that he/she can't see the thing until the very last tile is revealed. Then you can send an axe/hammer/sword/spear/mace after it, or even a wrestler, for some additional fun.
