The Design Phase is over! A few appeals: Morphic Ritual's cost has been increased to 2, Recycling Center now activates at the end of the turn, and Paleworm's steal ability grants the effect to its user, not itself. There was an appeal to Brutal Marauder but it exacerbated the issues with the card more than fixed them, I think.
