Fallout NewVegas Mod Issues

I'm trying to install Project Nevada and only Project Nevada, but when I stat the game I see no indications that its installed(apparently I'm supposed to see extra tabs, but I see no extra tabs)
I'm using FOMM manager(It claims that its successfully installed but it clearly isn't).

huh.  I installed it back when I still had it on my comp and it ran fine.  Try a reinstall and also try a new game.  Mod order too.  uncheck everything else.

Reactivating it seems to do the trick. Well now I feel dumb for making a thread about it.
