Bay12: The only place where arguments about religion end with mad laughter and general agreement that elves should die.
I like how DF somehow manages to represent well a universe actually created by a God no one knows, whilst everyone worships the wrong Gods. Or a universe with no God but demons pretending to be Gods. Or a universe with many Gods who are not the final domino... Yeah, DF has quite a lot of depth.

Ohohohoho. All right...

Miners on Strike
- This is an alternating-year challenge.
- In the first year, buildings are created, but nothing can be mined.
- In the second year, no walls can be built, but you can mine everything.
- Repeat.

Animal Man Sorting
- Animal men are annoying, so catch them all with cage traps after embarking in a Savage area.
- Pit all animal men of the same species into one pit.
- Sort them all!
- The goal is to get the most enclosures containing only one species of animal man (but you cannot have two or more different enclosures for the same species).

ASCII Authors
- You'll need lots and lots of cage traps for this.
- Use caged ASCII animals to spell out words. Can't get enough e? Well, phonics is a suitable reason to go to war with an entire civilization, right?
- Every year, one sentence must be completed. Bonus points if they form a (somewhat) coherent story. Extra bonus points if you use the correct case (but not required).
- Little did Steve know that he would soon be captured and humiliated just because some mad god watching from above thought he was a useful capitalized vowel...

The only trouble would be getting I's, as they are a common letter and the only source I know of is fire imps. You could mod in an imp civilization to make things easier, or develop the next generation of magma creature farming. (which would be the first generation... I think, you never know around here)

To make life easier, you could use supports as I's.

The real problem would be not ending up with sentences like "gaggy gregg g. googled groggy goggles."

I've started a Cat Town fort, with a bit of modding. Who's up for some CATS?!

It's like cats cats cats
You need to make sure to both document this and take plenty of screenshots, because I want it to happen so, so badly.
