how do you go up stairs on adventure mode?

it should be the '<' or '>' keys to traverse stairs. It also allows you to fly if you happen to have modded the ability in.

and also, how do you delete worlds? i have about eleven worlds and i use none of them

browse to your DF folder and then enter the data folder, then the save folder. Saves are called "Region #" by default. Delete any region saves you no longer want.

P.S. And the folder in there named "current" is not really a save, its a folder that holds the data for the world in play or last played. If I recall it was added to help combat save corruption. Deleting it shouldn't hurt anything, but it's not necessary to delete it.
