I made my leader have a lot of seduction and psycologi. Then I made him seduce and kidnap a lot of people to get sleepers. The last 13 years were pretty much just holding down "w" because I published my newspaper and had 6 hackers. It was nice to finally win :-D The only time I lost people was when i accidentaly recruited someone. I then armed them and sent them on suicide missions

Actually, your final score is based mostly on how much money your squad makes.  Sounds quite Conservative to me, but that is how it works.
